15 Days Easy Exchange and Return:
Magicalspace General Item Return Policy - In most cases items shipped from Magicalspace can be returned within 15 days from the date your order was delivered. You will receive an email with the shipping date and other details of the order shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements related to them.
The customer pays only one shipping fee (including returns); for product returns, there is no need to restock. For orders over $24, the customer needs to pay for the return price; for orders under $24, the freight does not need to be paid by the customer.

7 days product guarantee

Is your item damaged, different or not working? If so, you are protected and can file a claim. The procedure is outlined below.

Within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact us with a photo or video explaining the problem, and if a refund or replacement is required.
If we need more information, we will review the claim and contact you.
3. If approved, we will return or resend the item, and you may also be asked to return the product.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We also notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and within a certain number of days, the credit card will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
